FOSS is an association of parents, teachers, former pupils of Sheepscombe School, and village residents. Membership is free and parents of new school children are automatically enrolled as members.

Membership is open to parents of pupils, parents of ex pupils and to the teaching staff at Sheepscombe School. Membership is open to all residents of Sheepscombe and any others who are ex pupils of the school, over 18 years of age.

The Aims of FOSS:
To foster the fullest cooperation between school and home for the benefit of the children.

 

To improve relationships, support and trust amongst parents, and between parents and teachers and open an avenue for social interaction.

To concern itself, wherever practical, with augmenting and improving the facilities available to the school.
